India is a country where your wallet status will tell you how many rules will be applied to you.
For Ex, If you are RICH then you necessity have the power of money and no rules will be applied to you. You have licenses of breaking rules made by the constitution of India, even if you have money and power you can make your own rules and by using your power you can change that rule in a Law By adding that in the constitution of India.
You can do any level of fraud and no rules will be applied to you. If your social media will show that you have broken rules and did something wrong, then 2-3 days they will make noise and change the topic. No one cares what you do.
But if you have no money and no power then you don’t have the right to live in India. you are no one, if you do one small crime like jumping a traffic signal, then the police will file many charges on you.
Indian police have full right to abuse you, they can abuse you any time if you are not rich, but if you are rich, then the Indian police are your servant. I have seen many times, Indian police being servant of the richest person, politicians
For EX, I will share one incident which I saw when I was around 14-15 years old.
A DSP was checking papers of vehicles on the road, and one 40-year-old man came and told, Sir I don’t have complete papers, then DSP was abusing him like “Madharchod paper GAANNNNDD Me dalne k liye bana hai”. Anyhow that man gives brive and went from there.
After some time a car Stops over there and started Absing to that DSP “Sale madharchod tm ko Daru lane ko bola tha na , yaha apne maa k yaro ki checking ka rahe ho” and DSP was like “Sorry sir Av lata hu ”
You can assume two behavior of the Police because 1st person was not rich and 2nd person was Son of a Minister.
These types of things will happen to you every day. This uncertain departmental behavior turned a normal man to enter the limelight not for making a profile but at least to get some respect from the department.
This is not just the case of Police, you will get the same response in all departments in India.
India is a country when justice is on sale. You can buy justice by paying a big amount on money because you are in a country where judges are on sale. you can buy the judge of any court and ask him for a decision in your favor.
India is a county where you can pass any toll gate without paying any toll tax. you just need to put some hooters and you can go from there, no charge, and no one will stop.
But in case you a regular middle-class family man and if you don’t have money to pay toll taxes then you will be abused by the toll employees and even they can get physical with you.
These things are happening because there is lots of corruption in India and almost govt employees are corrupted.
Theirs intend to join govt job is just to take a free salary by doing no work.
If you will go to any Indian govt office, there you can get many employees who are not working, they will join their office around 11 AM and do only political talk. In case you go there and ask for anything they will say “Go from here, come after some time ”
India is a country where families of any political leader will get richer and there are no rules like “Property beyond Income ” and something like that , and they do corruption on the name of the political leader, and the whole system is an assistant for them.
India is a country where you can buy any political post, for example, we have a position Member of parliament for Rajya Sabha, that position you can buy in 200CR Indian currency and you can usee that power to do corruption.
It’s a real example if Vijaya Malya who did corruption by using its power and went away from India.
These are very few examples of corruption in India. Here you will get corruption from Farming Rice To Setting that to govt and distribution in public. If you will raise your voice you will be loaded with many criminal cases by the Indian Govt.
The Live example of Fake Govt action in Kangana Ranawat who is an Indian actress and she raised her voice against a Suicide cum murder and then the Maharashtra govt broke her house by saying its illegal construction.
For me, India is a country that is loaded with corruption. No matter which govt is on the rule, either BJP Or congress
